DESCRIPTION
WALL PUTTY is a specially formulated product based on polymer modified white cement blended with special additives to be used as putty, filler, and sealer, on concrete / mortar walls and ceiling. HK WALL PUTTY renders to the surface smooth bright white coating suitable for over coating giving a durable and smooth finish on the walls. it also used for interiors & exteriors. Ensure that the wall surface is free from loose particles and any greasy / oily substance by cleaning the surface area with emery paper, knifing blade or wire brush as suitable and wash the wall by water properly.

APPLICATION

Take the 10 to 11 ltr Clean water (for 40 kg bag) in a bucket, add slowly HK Block Joint Adhesive and stir continuously for 5-10 minutes by using an electric mixer or by hand to obtain homogeneous lumps free mix. Smaller quantity can be also mi by manually and used in 3mm to 4 mm thin layer.

PACKING AND COVERAGE

HK Wall Putty is available in 40 kg of bag. It will cover 15 to 20 sq.ft. in 10 to 12 mm thickness. The coverage depends upon the substrate.

SHEL LIFE

HK Wall Putty has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacturing when kept at a temperature between 5c to 45c and store in the original unopened bags. All material shall be stored under cover in a manner that will prevent damage preferable on pallets and protected from excessive heat and moisture. Do not freeze

HEALTH AND SAFETY

HK Wall Putty is non-hazardous. Freshly mixed cement is highly alkaline and may cause skin injury. Avoid creating and inhaling dust. Provide ventilation and respiratory protection. Wear skin and eye protection. Dust mask recommended. Please refer to (MSDS) material safety data sheet before using product.
